All Fire safety equipment must be properly installed and maintained to ensure it works effectively in the event of a fire. The Dorgard is a wireless fire door retainer designed to be installed in less than 5 minutes, however after listening to our customers we have introduced the following support services.
Installation
We provide a Nationwide Installation Service through our Specialised Technicians, they will visit your premises, install the Dorgards as required, test and leave you with the necessary documentation required for your fire log.
If you own or have recently purchased Dorgards we can install them for
you at a cost of :
1-9 units £100
10 + units £10 per unit
If you purchase 10+ units from us at £129.00 you are entitled to FREE Installation & Service Plan.
Service Plan
It is vital that your fire safety devices provide you with continuous protection, which is why preventative maintenance is essential. With this in mind we are pleased to offer you a Service Plan for your Dorgards.
One of Specialised Technicians will visit your premises and carry out
a full service, which includes:
Battery change
Ferrule change
Any necessary adjustment/repairs
Full working test and re-calibration
Provide you with a site visit report for your fire log
If you already have Dorgards installed in your premises we will service
the Dorgard at a cost of:
1-8 units £100
9 units + £13.00 per unit
If you purchase 10+ units from us at £129.00 you will be entitled to a FREE Service Plan & Installation.
This service will also entitle you to an extended warranty for the following year giving you total peace of mind for 2 years.
